JL998 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services offered by JL998 through the website jl998.best and any related mobile applications or platforms ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using JL998, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

JL998 operates under a valid gaming license issued by the relevant regulatory authority. All games and betting services available on JL998 are offered in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of JL998 is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they are accessing the Platform.

These Terms are written in Philippine English and governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of JL998 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use JL998, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on JL998 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱, PHP). JL998 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

The minimum deposit at JL998 is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your JL998 account within seconds. Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to 5 minutes; PESONet transfers up to one banking day. JL998 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. All withdrawals require a completed KYC verification before they can be processed. JL998 targets a processing time of 15–30 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and 1–3 banking hours for bank transfers. During periods of high volume, processing may take slightly longer.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

• Only one active bonus may be held at a time per account. Activating a new bonus while a previous one is pending will result in forfeiture of the unused bonus.

06 Betting Rules

Bets that are determined to have been placed after the relevant event (e.g., a goal, a three-pointer, a knockout) may be voided and stakes returned.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JL998 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one JL998 account.
• Using JL998 for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets without human decision-making involvement.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Allowing any third party to use your account, including family members.
• Attempting to access JL998 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

08 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension and Termination

JL998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that:

• These Terms have been violated.
• The account is being used for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
• It is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

Upon termination for cause, JL998 may withhold funds in the account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, any remaining balance (less outstanding liabilities) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 14 business days.

You may also choose to close your JL998 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Your remaining balance, after deducting any active bonus liabilities, will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12 Amendments to These Terms

JL998 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. In the case of material changes — changes that affect player rights, bonus structures, payment terms, or account eligibility — JL998 will notify registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of JL998 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your account prior to the effective date and receive your remaining balance in full.
